Insulation stud welding machine is one of the energy-storage stud welding machines. It is a professional stud welding machine for welding insulation studs. Stud welding machine refers to the welding machine that welds the entire end face on the workpiece through transient pressurization and discharge of metal studs or similar parts. The stud is pressed into the molten pool by the spring pressure in the welding gun, thus forming the metal recrystallization connection. Arc stud welding is one of the fusion welding methods. Its joint is formed under the spring pressure in the welding gun, so it has the characteristics of pressure welding. After the stud is inserted into the molten pool, it cannot be powered off immediately, and it is not allowed to power off before the stud falls into the molten pool. A period of electric upsetting time is required to ensure that the joint can form a complete recrystallization process.
