The arc stud welding machine is composed of welding power supply, controller, welding gun, ground wire clamp, welding cable, etc. However, the welding power supply of most welding equipment is integrated with the controller, which is called the host. Different from the welding principle of the energy-storage stud welding machine, the pull-arc stud welding machine has no capacitor charging process. The whole welding process is completed through the discharge of the welding power supply, and the thyristor controls the discharge time. The discharge time is 5-500 milliseconds. The more advanced control method is to use the intelligent control of single chip computer to set and timely control the welding current, welding time and other parameters in the welding process.
