The traditional fastening process often uses screws or riveting, which has three obvious drawbacks:


1. Damaging the surface of the workpiece and affecting its aesthetics: Whether it is screw tightening or riveting, there will be one or more unsightly protrusions on the surface of the workpiece. If multiple protrusions are not arranged neatly


2. Multiple process steps and low production efficiency: Due to the need for drilling or punching, multiple pre processes are required before tightening, and more human cooperation may also be required during the installation process.


3. Poor positioning accuracy: Due to shaking during drilling, the positioning accuracy often exceeds 1mm. When the positioning accuracy requirement is high, the scrap rate may increase.


In addition, traditional processes cannot guarantee sealing effectiveness.

Stud welding technology belongs to a branch of welding technology, but it differs greatly from traditional welding techniques.

The welding strength is very reliable, and the welding efficiency is very high. Depending on the diameter of the stud and the welding method, the welding speed can reach 5-40 pieces/minute.


3: Efficient


Whether compared to traditional processes or other welding processes, the efficiency of stud welding technology always maintains an absolute advantage.


Fast welding speed


The welding time for energy storage stud welding is only 1-3 milliseconds, while for arc pull stud welding, the welding time varies between 5-1500 milliseconds depending on the diameter of the stud and the power of the welding machine.


Chip level control


The size of welding energy is completely controlled by the chip, and as long as the welding parameters are determined, it can ensure that the welding quality of each stud of the same specification is completely consistent.


No waiting time


After welding is completed, there is no need to wait for the stud to cool down, and the next stud can be welded. At the same time, there is almost no interval time for the equipment to wait for cooling.
